I am an expert procrastinator. I live in France. I'm artsy and craftsy. I don't try as hard as I could, and I try too hard. I study Arabic. And Spanish. And French. I wish that I was oblivious to injustice and the arbitrary nature of everything, and the gaps between people. I tumble what I come across online. No theme. It's just a collection of things that I find beautiful or horrible or funny or sweet. Politics, science, jokes, quotes, photos, anything that strikes a chord within me.

While I agree with this completely, the Supreme Court wasn’t judging the CONTENT of the constitutional amendment. They were judging whether or not it was an improper revision of the constitution or a valid amendment.
So, yea, it sucks major mammoth balls that it’s not legal, and SOMETHING needs to be done, but they ruled that it WAS A LEGAL REVISION. Sooooo back to the drawing board. Let’s do this California! Its EMBARASSING THAT IOWA HAS LEGALIZED THIS AND WE HAVENT. WTF.
